Khloe Kardashian revealed on her Instagram on Nov. 28 that she has not worked out ‘since the beginning of October’ — that’s a long time for Khloe who, at one point, was going to the gym every day. See how she is getting back in shape below!
Khloe Kardashian, 31, has been visiting estranged husband Lamar Odom, 36, at the hospital nonstop since he was discovered unconscious at a Nevada brothel on Oct. 13. Now that Lamar is on the mend, Khloe has vowed to re-focus on her workouts and the body she’s worked so hard to get in shape.Khloe wrote on her Instagram on Nov. 28: “This picture was taken on September 27th. Not that long ago, right?!?! I have not worked out since the beginning of October due to a slew of reasons. It’s crazy, how just in that short amount of time how your body can change. I NEED the gym in my life!!! Lol My mind and body don’t respond well without the gym!! Not feeling cute right now but still cuter than most #Bloooop #GotToGetItBack.”

Khloe went to SOULCYCLE in L.A. on Nov. 30 and explained why she loves it so much.Khloe wrote on her blog KhloeWithAK.com, “I LOVE LOVE LOVE spinning. A spin class is such a great workout. Between the dark lighting and the loud music, it’s almost like dancing in the club, haha. I get SO into it.
A little while ago, I took a class, and girl next to me was freaking out. She was like, ‘I can’t work out next to you!’ because she was so excited. Beyoncé’s ‘Love on Top’ was playing and I was singing so loudly that she literally switched bikes, LOL!!! I guess the excitement wore off as soon as I started singing!!! I didn’t realize she could hear me, but I guess that means I was really in the zone. :)
