The R&B star, 26, and his baby mama have put their feuding over each other's parenting skills to one side, in the best interests of the little girl.
The pair have decided that each of them should be equally hands on in raising Royalty.
The news that he was a father to a nine-month-old girl broke up his relationship with model Karrueche Tran.
Chris, however, embraced his new role as a dad and moved Nia and Royalty to Los Angeles from Houston where they'd been living so he could see more of his daughter.
In August, he announced his new album will be titled Royalty and he unveiled the cover art that shows him shirtless and holding his baby girl tightly to his chest in a loving embrace.
He also regularly posts sweet photos of the little girl on his social media accounts.
