Khloe Kardashian has always been a tough girl, but 2015 has really tested her strength. As Lamar Odom remains in the hospital, Khloe revealed on Twitter that this year has ‘hands down’ been the ‘worst year’ of her life. Poor Khloe!
It’s no secret that the last several months have been rough for Khloe Kardashian. Beginning with her heartbreaking divorce from Lamar Odom, 36, in July, things haven’t seemed to get much easier for the 31-year-old. On the eve of Thanksgiving, Khloe admitted to her Twitter followers that it might be a little tough to give thanks this year. Between heartbreak and Lamar’s hospitalization, 2015 definitely has been trying for Khloe!After Khloe posted a pretty selfie on Twitter, one of her followers commented on the pic saying, “except with the whole Lamar thing 2015 was good to you Khloe.” Although the fan was probably just trying to compliment how amazing Khloe is looking these days, she couldn’t help but point out that the year hasn’t been the best! “Hands down worst year of my life lol,” she wrote back. Even though she added a little laugh to her comment, clearly Khloe disagreed with the fan!
Although divorce is definitely one of the reasons this year has been tough on Khloe, things began to get even more troublesome in October when Lamar was found unconscious after overdosing on drugs. Khloe was one of the first people to Lamar’s side, helplessly watching him suffer a coma, failing organs, and even a brush with death. Despite their split, Khloe still loves Lamar, and she admitted that watching him go through that was “terrifying”!
In the middle of Lamar’s crisis, Khloe actually decided to call off the divorce until he was in a more stable condition. This has caught her in a love triangle, as she is still dating NBA star James Harden, and she has received backlash from fans for not being able to choose between her two men. That certainly didn’t make anything easier for Khloe!
As if Khloe hadn’t been through enough in 2015, she contracted a staph infection from spending so much time in the hospital with Lamar. She is already doing better after receiving treatment, but she’s still extremely frustrated by the sudden illness! Can’t poor Khloe catch a break?
Considering all of the drama Khloe has dealt with this year, it’s not so shocking that she called it the worst year of her life. But let’s not forget her amazing weight loss and successful book release — 2015 hasn’t been all bad for Khloe! As 2016 approaches, though, we’re thinking Khloe will be ringing in the new year hoping for a clean slate!
